General Dong rules Dongrila through fear, kidnapping dozens of schoolgirls to train as suicide bombers. He keeps many trapped in a harem and uses others for prostitution and illegal organ trade. His regime also carries out the assassination of India's General Sinha, signaling a direct challenge to national security.

During a seaside trip, Major Krishna Rao spots a schoolgirl fleeing Dong's men and they attempt to help. The girl dies in the struggle as they try to flee with her. Rao manages to tie Dong up on a boat, but Dong's men free him and abduct Dolly, prompting Rao to vow a rescue within a year.

Dong chants a chilling verse, cuts off Rao's leg, and issues a dare: travel to Dongrila and rescue his daughter within the next year. The injury galvanizes Rao to rally India’s defense forces. The clock starts ticking on Dong's demand.

After recuperating, Rao recruits five officers—Captain Ranvir, Captain Rakesh, Captain Javed, Captain Anju, and former Major Dharam Singh—and names them Force Five. The team is formed to take on Dong's regime and free the captured girls. Their formation marks the turning point from vigilante action to organized counter-operation.

Rao secures the backing of Shammi Kapoor and Mr. Iyengar, with the condition that the mission's success must be a national victory. They warn that defeat will be treated as a personal failure for those leading the operation. The plan gets official sanction to proceed.

The Force Five team begins a perilous journey between the borders of China and India to reach Dongrila. Their objective is to rescue Dolly and dozens of schoolgirls while dismantling Dong's regime. The mission requires crossing hostile terrain and evading Dong's surveillance.

Brigadier Kapoor betrays the team by leaking their location to Captain Synthia, who works for General Dong. Allah Rakha confronts Kapoor and condemns the betrayal as unpatriotic. Kapoor then shoots Allah Rakha through his blazer pocket, killing him and eliminating a crucial witness.

Along the journey, the team is aided by Jenny, wife of Dongrila's ex-army chief Mr. D'Costa, as well as Prince Couv and Julie. Their support provides critical intelligence and a human network behind the frontline operations. The alliance strengthens Force Five's ability to maneuver through Dongrila's defenses.

In a big city hospital, Rao's left leg develops gangrene and requires urgent surgery. Dong's men surround the hospital, start shooting, and cut the electricity, threatening to overwhelm the defenders. The team must secure the area and decide whether to fight or escape via a valley uncovered by Anju.

As the hospital siege unfolds, Dharam Singh steps forward to lead the mission, while Rao directs from the sidelines. Rao urges the others to execute a broader capture of the surrounding area, while Dharam Singh accepts the responsibility to push the operation forward. The leadership shift marks a pivotal tactical moment.

The team descends into a valley, and Dong's men launch a counterattack. Major Rao fights valiantly, but he dies in the ensuing battle. His sacrifice catalyzes the remaining team to push forward with renewed resolve against Dong's forces.

Julie's role as Dong's informer is revealed, and Captain Ranvir shoots Julie dead. The exposure of a mole adds pressure on the Dongrila network and escalates the internal dangers faced by Force Five. This betrayal exposes the fragility of the mission's internal loyalties.

Dong orders Cynthia's execution in retaliation for Julie's death, but Javed and Rakesh rescue her and propose that she switch sides. The potential upheaval within Dong's ranks deepens the conflict as loyalties shift.

The Force Five team launches a daring assault during the Annual Day of Dongrila and succeeds in killing General Dong. The regime is toppled in a decisive strike that underscores the team's resolve and sacrifice. Endgame tensions peak as the regime's last defenses crumble.

In the escape aftermath, Brigadier Kapoor aims at the team and reveals himself as Dong's informer. Major Dharam Singh outplays him, shooting Kapoor in the same manner Kapoor killed Allah Rakha, and delivers the famous line, 'If you want to shoot, shoot, don't talk.'
