Ilya Kalashnikova and Demetrius haul a captive named Kenny to a warehouse on the city’s outskirts to recover the mysterious item. Lampone and Storato, rival mob factions, enter the warehouse to search for the item, and their confrontation with each other unfolds. At the same time, Tate's SWAT team arrives and begins training with blank cartridges, unaware of the earlier clashes.

Blanco investigates a disturbance and is fatally shot, sending a jolt through the SWAT crew. The Russians and Italians realize their enemies are firing blanks and begin to pressure the misfiring force. The SWAT team retreats to the upper level and locks the door behind them.

Demetrius reveals he stole the item from Lampone, and Kenny reveals he stole it from Demetrius, heightening the stakes. Kenny explains the item is hidden somewhere beyond the locked door, raising the danger for everyone involved. Demetrius calls for backup, signaling a broader conflict to come.

Tate's team decides to commandeer their truck to retrieve real ammunition and summon police reinforcements. Kalashnikova and Storato move the truck inside the warehouse, shifting balance toward the mob factions. Tate struggles to communicate after their radio is damaged.

Vladimir and his reinforcements descend on the building and begin an assault on the upper floors via exterior windows. Lampone privately arranges for his own operatives to secure the item, while Storato assists in bringing more forces. The confrontation explodes into a full-blown clash as Tate fights toward the truck.

Tate fights to reach the truck but is cut off by the damaged radio. Hunt and Jannard hold the line against Vladimir's men, and Jannard is nearly overwhelmed before Tate returns and kills the attacker. Kenny reveals a hidden tunnel leading outside the hangar, which Tate uses to escape with the item.

Tagliaferro’s mob forces arrive and breach the hangar through a new roof entry, escalating the chaos. They overpower Tate and hand him back to Kalashnikova and Demetrius while Hunt and Jannard are captured and moved to a distant warehouse.

Lampone shoots Kenny, seemingly killing him, and threatens Jannard. Hunt agrees to fetch the item in exchange for her safety, moving under Storato's escort. Hunt then turns the tables, killing Storato and neutralizing Lampone, freeing Jannard from danger.

Tagliaferro and his men pursue the trio, but they escape in a truck and reconnect with Hunt and Jannard at the other hangar. Tate coordinates a bold escape, buying time for the team to regroup. The pursuit intensifies as the night wears on.

In the climactic face-off, Tate overpowers Tagliaferro and delivers a decisive blow. Demetrius, Kalashnikova, and Lampone are captured, while Kenny is revealed to be alive and undercover as an FBI agent. The operation closes with a murky truth and silent accord among the survivors.

The superior commends the survivors for lasting through the night, but the full truth is kept secret. Kenny's undercover status hints at broader infiltration, leaving the team to walk away with unspoken implications. The four SWAT members depart with a silent understanding as they leave the scene.
