In 1972, a group of young Uruguayan rugby players were traveling to Chile when their plane crashed in the remote Andes mountains. The crash left them stranded on a glacier, facing unimaginable hardship and isolation. This documentary recounts their incredible 72-day survival story, told through interviews with the survivors who recount their experiences and revisit the crash site years later. It’s a powerful story of resilience, courage, and the enduring strength of human connection in the face of extreme adversity.
