Sneha Geetham tracks the spirited lives of five college friends in Hyderabad as they move through the rigors of engineering life, from the rough edges of first-year ragging to the tense moments of final-year campus interviews. The core trio is Ravi, Krishna, and Arjun, alongside Shailu, whom Shreya Dhanwanthary plays, and Pooja. Ravi, an orphan raised by relatives, dreams of entrepreneurship rather than a routine job, and spends his time sharpening strategies with I.V. Raman’s quiet wisdom. He is drawn to Shailu, but his feelings remain unspoken as she starts a new chapter with a job in Voxel IT. Shailu, Shreya Dhanwanthary, is intelligent and capable, her heart tangled between friendship and love for Ravi.

Arjun, Sundeep Kishan, is an ardent film lover who wants to direct a movie rather than follow the safe path of engineering. He studies because his father insists, but his true ambition is cinema, inspired in part by Ram Gopal Varma, and his dream pulls him toward collaborations and conflicts with peers. Krishna, the batch topper, secures a coveted IBM internship and clings to a personal motto—the “54321” rule that stacks five-digit salaries, four-wheel cars, three-bedroom houses, two children, and one wife as the perfect life. Pooja, though academically average, earns a campus offer thanks to the interest of her project manager Ajay. Her relationship with Krishna grows uneasy when misunderstandings flare, testing their bond just as career opportunities begin to line up.

Among the senior voices on campus, Pitamaha—Krishnudu—is the veteran student who has lingered in the college for ten years, guiding juniors with a quiet, almost loyal dedication. The teachers include Papa Rao, Venu Madhav, a lecturer who hopes to climb the corporate ladder by any means, even backdoor routes, to satisfy his wife’s shopping needs. Box Office Bhushanam, Vennela Kishore, is a savvy, witty figure whose backstage moves complicate the younger students’ ambitions. Average Bhadram, a fellow classmate, also lands a job through the campus process, rounding out the friend circle.

A farewell-day plan sees Arjun coordinating a video shoot that introduces Mahalakshmi, a first-year computer science student who travels from the U.S. to study in Hyderabad and who quickly becomes part of the wider group. Maha’s arrival brings new energy as she befriends Arjun and explores the campus dynamic. Shailu, meanwhile, learns of a potential US match arranged by her parents but is torn by Ravi’s confession of love, a truth he gently persuades her to consider delaying for one year. The year ahead also tests Arjun’s commitment to his dream as he battles pressure from family to pursue an MS in the U.S., while continuing to nurture his own script and ambitions.

As the story unfolds, Arjun and Box Office Bhushanam’s tangled past comes to light when Bhushanam reveals that his power script was sold for Rs. 2 lakhs to a producer, sparking a confrontation that has ripple effects across the entire troupe. Pooja resists Ajay’s advances and ultimately resigns to seek opportunities at IBM, where Krishna remains involved in her life. The group is forced to face a painful truth: Pitamaha’s long struggle with blood cancer has taken him away, leaving a shared sense of loss that binds the friends more tightly as they confront their futures. Ravi, inspired by Pitamaha’s life, pitches a fresh project proposal that earns positive feedback, fueling his determination to prove himself.

The narrative then pivots on resilience: Paparao is pressured to resign after failing a language test, while Krishna’s faith in Pooja intensifies, and Arjun channels his energy into rewriting his script. With Bhushanam’s betrayal behind him, Arjun forms new alliances and reconnects with producers to advance a second, truer vision. The emotional tide shifts again as Shailu’s family contemplates marriage for her, and Ravi persuades her father to grant a one-year extension so love and ambition can coexist. In parallel, Arjun’s persistence pays off when his own story finds a producer, and he steps closer to realizing his dream of directing a film. Maha’s presence gradually deepens his romance, while Ravi’s venture begins to attract serious interest.

In the end, each friend finds a path that respects their heart and ambitions: Arjun steps toward directing with a fresh script and a renewed commitment to Maha; Ravi’s project earns traction and the group celebrates a major milestone; Shailu’s family embraces a broader view of love and career, while Pooja secures a position that aligns with her goals.
