The show introduces laHer, a brutal game where contestants are hunted through multiple arenas by costumed killers for a cash prize. The production takes place on a live set where most crimes are legal for broadcast, and shock collars enforce the few rules. The roster includes six contestants and infamous killers like Preacherman, Chainsaw Charlie, and Doctor Ripper.

A few minutes into the game, Preacherman corners Megan and Rebecca. Rebecca stabs him in the eye with a makeshift wooden stake, buying Megan a momentary edge. The threat escalates as Chainsaw Charlie and Doctor Ripper arrive and brutally cut Rebecca in half, then terrorize Megan.

The survivors reach the Bridge of Death above a pit of spikes, where Charlie confronts them as a commercial cuts away. During the break, Rick proposes to save the others by throwing himself and Charlie off the bridge. When the broadcast resumes, Rick breaks the arrangement and leaps, dragging Charlie down with him and leaving Doctor Ripper as the sole survivor on the bridge.

In the next zone, Brenda is beheaded by Doctor Ripper, eliminating another contestant. Megan and Michael are forced to continue fleeing toward the Love Room to escape. The carnage underscores the show's merciless nature.

Megan and Michael are chased into the Love Room, a zone where players are left alone if they engage in sex. Megan rebuffs Michael's advances, and he tries to rape her but is scared off when Devon's voice and presence are heard nearby. The looming danger intensifies as Devon's screams echo from the room Michael enters.

Devon, separated from Megan, finds Michael's body in the Love Room area. Doctor Ripper attacks Devon, and Devon stabs Ripper in the ear with a stake, momentarily turning the tide. Michael's supposed death is revealed as part of his ruse, though the danger continues to loom.

Michael, who had faked his death, kills Devon and takes Ripper's gear to press the chase. He then reveals his true history as the Bible Doll Killer and explains that his aim is to win the game, not just die in a spectacular fashion.

As Michael closes in, Megan points out that his on-air boasts are inadmissible in court, but the footage captured off-air could be used as evidence to prosecute him. She leverages this knowledge to flip the power dynamic and threaten exposure.

The break ends and Michael lunge s at Megan but is shoved away by Hideo. Distraught, Michael continues his plan to die on live television and decapitates himself. Hideo mocks the dead killer and states he would rather not see that sick maniac back on the streets.

Megan rants at the staff of laHer, threatening to use her winnings to bring the show down. She offers to pay Hideo to turn off the cameras, showing her intent to fight back even as the credits roll.

As the credits roll, the show's sponsors are revealed: cigarette brands Black Lung, Coffin Nails, and Cancer Man. The reveal underscores the show's satirical critique of corporate sponsorship in extreme entertainment.
