Set in a poverty-stricken suburb, the film follows the lives of four siblings – three brothers and a sister. Their eldest brother leads the family, controlling their activities and operating a drug production lab, much like a shepherd guiding his flock. The story explores their struggles and the complex dynamics within this unconventional family unit.
