Set in East Germany in 1978, the story follows teenagers Karoline and Robert, who once shared a home before Robert’s family moved away. They reunite at a summer holiday camp, where they experience first love, a nude encounter, and stage their own production of “Romeo and Juliet.” The film shows a portrait of East‑German youth in the late seventies.
