Munuswamy's brothers kill Raju Garu's family after Raju Garu confront them for stealing the calf's mother, a cow connected to the temple. Raju Garu beats Munuswamy's brother and recovers the stolen cows, humiliating them in front of the village. This humiliation transforms into wrath, prompting Munuswamy and his three brothers to attack the naming ceremony and slaughter every family member except Raju Garu's injured wife.

After Raju Garu's wife escapes with the infant, she becomes exhausted from her injuries. The calf that Raju Garu previously saved appears as a beacon of hope. The woman wraps the child in a shawl and ties him to the calf, which then leads the escape. The calf successfully dodges the pursuing villains, drops the baby onto a truck carrying soil, and the criminals assume the child has perished when the truck veers toward a cliff.

The five elements, air, fire, water, earth, and sky, serve as the cosmic framework for justice in the story. A narration early in the film establishes that nature witnesses every crime and will seek retribution. The elements ultimately converge through Viswaagna to exact revenge on the villains, with sky serving as the eternal witness. This mythological concept ties the ancient narrative to the modern storyline.

Viswa kills Munuswamy's brothers because they are the same men who murdered his biological family twenty years earlier. When he follows Soundharya to India, he discovers that his own life story mirrors the game he's creating. He kills Veeraswamy, Munuswamy's first brother, using the elemental powers of air and earth. His mission becomes avenging his family's slaughter and stopping the villains who continue to threaten those he loves.

Viswa's video game is rejected for lacking cultural elements, leading him to seek help from Soundharya Lahari. Valmiki, an IT professional and Soundharya's childhood friend, proposes a game concept about a boy whose family is killed and who is aided by the five elements of nature to avenge the crime. Viswa hires Valmiki to develop this game, not realizing it mirrors his own traumatic past and the real vengeance he will carry out.

Soundharya returns to India to care for her father Tagore, who has been weakened by legal battles against Munuswamy's gang. Munuswamy orders her killing as a warning to stop Tagore's resistance. Veeraswamy, Munuswamy's first brother, is sent to kill her, but Viswa rescues Soundharya and kills Veeraswamy with elemental powers. This event forces Viswa to confront the reality of his own story.

Valmiki is Soundharya's childhood friend and an IT professional passionate about mythology. He proposes the game concept that becomes Viswa's core project. Later, Valmiki returns to India with the completed game architecture, and his grandfather, a vedic astrologer who has watched over the family for generations, reveals that Mother Nature herself authored the entire screenplay, having witnessed every crime and choosing Valmiki to choreograph the righteous retribution.

Viswa wanders into the sacred city of Kashi and confronts Munuswamy's second brother, trying to stop him from carrying out more crimes. The encounter leaves Viswa shaken as it mirrors the dangerous events in his own life. The brother appears to have been slain by fire's power, the same elemental force from the myth, creating a moment where fiction and reality blur for Viswa.

In the final act, Viswa's business rival Shakti allies with Munuswamy to seize control of the expanding company. They abduct Viswa's allies and threaten his loved ones to pressure Viswa into handing over company shares. This corporate conspiracy combines with Munuswamy's criminal empire, forcing Viswa to confront both threats simultaneously as the elemental vengeance builds.

After the calf drops the baby onto a soil truck and the villains set the cowshed ablaze believing the child is dead, a Hindu saint finds the baby dumped with earth and debris. The saint guides him toward Kasi and leaves him at a temple. The temple priest names him Viswaagna, explaining that nature's order requires his rise. A childless couple, Siva Prasad and his wife, find him at the temple, adopt him, and later take him to the United States.

In the climactic confrontation, the five elements of nature, fire, water, earth, and air, converge through Viswa to mete out revenge on the villains. The sky bears witness to the celestial balance being restored. This elemental justice kills Munuswamy's remaining brothers and punishes Shakti for allying with the criminals, fulfilling the narration that nature observed every crime and would inevitably seek retribution.
