Rocktober Blood

The film opens in a recording studio where Billy Eye Harper and his band are tracking songs with Lynn Starling. After he finishes the takes, the band leaves. Lynn tries to record her own vocals but heads upstairs to the jacuzzi, declining Kevin the recording engineer's invitation to join her.

Billy returns to the studio and ambushes Kevin by slitting his throat, then impales Mary on a wall-mounted coat peg. The two killings happen while Lynn is away, and she remains unaware of the carnage.

When Lynn returns to the studio, she is unaware of the earlier killings. She eventually learns the truth, and security guards intervene to protect her from Billy.

Two years pass and Billy Harper is captured, tried and executed for his crimes. The world moves on, but the memory of the killings lingers.

Lynn and the remaining band perform on the Rocktober Blood Tour under the new name Headmistress. The press party marks their return and the start of a new chapter after Billy's downfall.

A VJ interviews Lynn about the band's tour and Billy's fall from grace. She states that identifying Billy was the hardest thing she ever had to do.

A mysterious figure wearing a Halloween death mask appears and tells Lynn to meet with Chris, the band's manager, in the office.

When Lynn arrives in the office, she is cornered by Billy in the death mask, who leaves her curled up and crying. The threat becomes personal as she realizes Billy's influence lingers.

Billy persists in stalking Lynn and kills people connected to her, hiding their bodies to make others think she is crazy.

Honey convinces Lynn to dig up Billy's grave. They discover Billy is dead, which complicates Lynn's perception of reality.

The night after the dig, Lynn and the band prep for a show, unsure whether Billy might still be behind the events. The sense of danger remains, hinting at a psychical haunt rather than a simple murder plot.

Billy reappears as his twin brother John Harper, claiming Lynn identified the wrong man. He chloroforms Lynn and takes the show, with a coffin prop rising on stage and Lynn inside. Security bursts in and attacks John as he finishes the final lyrics to I'm Back.
