In a dystopian future Japan, sisters Ami and Yoshie struggle to survive in the dangerous Ishinari District. They work as an idol group, performing to earn a living and support their family. Their performances unexpectedly draw the attention of Matsukata, a skilled hitman, who becomes entangled in their fight against Aoyama Dharma, a ruthless leader of an organ harvesting operation. To combat her powerful forces, the sisters are equipped with experimental weaponry and transform into formidable killers.
