When a meteor crashes in Japan, its fallout forms a mysterious shield that envelops Tokyo in perpetual fog and darkness. Martial law is imposed as panic spreads, violent crime and corruption surge, and punk gangs dominate the streets. A chemical reaction triggered by the meteor releases a lethal virus, reanimating the dead as flesh‑eating zombies.
