Ricky Stanicky

In 1999, Dean, Wes, and JT pull a classic Halloween prank by setting fire to a bag of dog feces on their neighbor's doorstep. This reckless act inadvertently sets a scarecrow on fire and leads authorities to believe a fictitious boy named Ricky Stanicky is responsible.

Following the prank, the trio begins to use the name 'Ricky Stanicky' as an excuse to dodge responsibilities. The name becomes a fabric of their friendship and a cover for their past misdeeds as they navigate adulthood.

Years later, JT and his wife Susan are preparing for a baby shower, with Dean and his girlfriend Erin assisting. The excitement of the impending arrival brings the friends together, but also sets the stage for their chaotic adventures.

Dean receives a panicked call from 'Ricky,' but it's actually Wes impersonating him. He falsely claims to be battling cancer alone in Albany, prompting concern and a decision from Dean and JT to visit him.

Instead of visiting Wes, the friends head to Atlantic City for a Marc Rebillet show. They turn off their phones and continue their deception by impersonating Ricky while documenting their lies in a makeshift Bible.

During their trip, they meet Rock-Hard Rod, a flamboyant impersonator played by John Cena. Rod's over-the-top antics quickly become cumbersome for the friends, adding hilarity to their chaotic adventure.

The joyous mood shifts when Dean learns that Susan has unexpectedly gone into labor. The trio rushes back to the hospital, and they learn that Susan has given birth to a son named Whitaker.

At the hospital, they face skepticism from JT's mother-in-law, Leona, regarding Ricky's existence. In a clever attempt to cover their tracks, Dean concocts a story about Ricky celebrating five years cancer-free, leading to an invitation for Ricky to attend Whitaker's Bris.

To maintain the ruse, Dean decides to hire Rod to impersonate Ricky Stanicky at the Bris. They share their 'Ricky Bible' with Rod, creating a web of lies that begins to spiral out of control.

At the Bris, Rod impresses the guests with his personality. He wins over Leona and even draws attention from Dean and JT's boss, Ted, with his knowledge about an upcoming corporate merger.

Amidst the festivities, Rod becomes entangled in an unexpected mishap during Whitaker's circumcision due to an accidental incident involving Ketamine. This adds to the comedic calamity of the event.

Ted, impressed with Rod’s performance, offers him a job overseeing the merger deal with World River. This enrages Dean and JT, who feel overshadowed by their creation and the chaos it has led to.

Amidst the turmoil, Erin discovers the truth about Rod's identity. She reveals this to Dean, causing him to spiral as he grapples with the possibility of losing his job and the love of his life.
