Daniel, a former CIA operative turned sexual predator, uses his fortune and high‑tech gadgets to hunt women. He arranges a prison break for the notorious rapists “Rain Killer” and “Tuen Mun Rapist,” then forces them to assault two women he has chained in his basement.
