Daniel, a former CIA operative turned sexual predator, uses his fortune and high‑tech gadgets to hunt women. He arranges a prison break for the notorious rapists “Rain Killer” and “Tuen Mun Rapist,” then forces them to assault two women he has chained in his basement. Daniel then targets neighbor romance novelist Kwan Shi‑han, first assaulting her movie‑star friend Icy. With few leads, police enlist a semi‑reformed deviant called “The Human Milk‑Drinking Doctor,” a former lactation‑obsessed predator who now works as a porn‑theatre projectionist, to track Daniel.
