Ranga Sunil Varma leads a simple, content life with his family, savoring the everyday joys of a rural home. The story begins with a surprising offer: two men propose that he invest in a 30-acre land deal in partnership with them. Eager to secure a brighter future, he trusts the deal and, in a moment of recklessness, makes a bold move that will alter everything. In order to fund this new venture, he even parts with the family home—an asset meant to support his younger sister’s upcoming marriage—placing his family’s security on the line.

The land in question sits between vast stretches of territory, flanked on either side by the strongholds of Konda Reddy Dev Gill and Lala Goud Pradeep Ram Singh Rawat, two notorious local criminals who would show no mercy to anyone who dared buy it. Ranga’s arrival at the village soon brings him face to face with the dangerous reality of what he has stepped into.
