Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle

In the heart of the Forest of Okoya, a mythical Pokémon named Zarude discovers an infant boy nestled in a cradle along the river. Unable to leave the child behind, he adopts the boy and names him Koko, taking him away from the rest of Zarude's tribe to raise him in the wild.

As the years pass, Zarude raises Koko as a feral child, teaching him to live in harmony with the jungle's creatures. Koko learns to care for the wildlife around him, often using the waters from a special spring located at a giant tree to heal injured Pokémon.

Ten years later, Ash Ketchum and Pikachu embark on a journey into the Forest of Okoya after leaving Milyfa Town. Their quest to capture a wild Cramorant leads them to a research team from the Biotope Company exploring the jungle's secrets.

While exploring the forest, Ash and Pikachu unknowingly cross paths with Team Rocket, who are secretly following the research team. Their aim is to gather intel on the Biotope Company and its mysterious leader, Dr. Zed.

During one of his adventures, Koko accidentally tumbles off a waterfall. Ash witnesses the incident and instinctively jumps in to rescue the boy from drowning, showcasing his bravery and determination.

After saving Koko, Ash takes him to the Pokémon Center in Milyfa Town for medical care. Waking up disoriented, Koko panics at his unfamiliar surroundings and flees, having never encountered humans before.

Determined to help Koko acclimate to human life, Ash and Pikachu embark on an adventure to show him the wonders of the human world. Their bond grows stronger, as they help Koko connect with his true identity away from his jungle life.

Zarude eventually confronts Ash and Koko, revealing the significant truths about Koko's origins. He leads them to an abandoned laboratory where they find a photograph of Koko as a baby with his biological parents, awakening deep emotions within the group.

At the Biotope Company's headquarters, Dr. Zed confronts Koko and reveals that his true name is Al Molybden, the son of deceased scientists Chrom and Phossa Molybden. This news devastates Koko, leading him to flee back to the Great Tree.

Upon reaching the Great Tree, Koko discovers a tracking device implanted by Dr. Zed. The villain appears with a spider-like tank, triggering a confrontation where Koko and Ash must defend against Zed’s destructive plans.

During Zed's assault on the Great Tree, chaos erupts, prompting an unexpected intervention by Team Rocket. Despite their usual antics, they assist Ash and Koko, allowing them to escape and regroup.

The Zarude tribe arrives at the Great Tree in time to help Koko and Ash. Fueled by Zarude's loyalty to Koko, the tribe bands together to restore the balance of the jungle and defeat Dr. Zed.

In the climactic battle, Koko uses the jungle's power to heal Zarude while they work together to dismantle Zed's monstrous machine. Dr. Zed's psychotic breakdown exposes his heinous crimes related to Koko’s parents.

With Zed captured, humans and Pokémon unite to heal the damage caused in the forest. Officer Jenny steps in to arrest Zed, aided by evidence from Team Rocket, bringing an end to his nefarious plans.

As Koko embraces his identity and the bond he shares with both Zarude and Ash, he sets forth on a new journey. As they leave the Forest of Okoya, they witness Zarude transforming the healing springs into a celebratory geyser, symbolizing a new beginning.
