Mickey is on vacation at Camp Utopia, where Pluto initially thinks the place is a true utopia—lush trees and a cat to chase. However, strict cabin rules forbid dogs indoors and require them to be muzzled and leashed. Mickey confines Pluto to a sleeping area out of reach of his food while a cat taunts him. As Pluto drifts off, he dreams of his own “Plutopia,” populated by a submissive cat constantly begging to be bitten and eager to fulfill his every desire.
