Mickey Mouse sets out to build Pluto a doghouse, but Pluto discovers a talking magic lamp. The lamp grants Mickey’s wishes, first constructing a splendid doghouse as tools work themselves. For a second wish Mickey asks for Pluto’s bath, but a broken radio makes the lamp obey confusing voices, leading to chaotic mishaps—rolling pins, boxing gloves, frozen aspic—before everything resolves happily.
