In a fantasy version of Victorian England, the tyrannical Queen Victoria seals the realm of Condon behind a wall, launching a “Monarchy of Terror” that punishes intellectuals and “pervs.” The Demon Nanny’s child, Pervirella, ages at supernatural speed and becomes a powerful, nymphomaniac heroine when her enchanted necklace is removed. Pursued by rebels, royal agents, a cult and witches, she teams up with the flamboyant spy Amicus Reilly (David Warbeck) for a series of wildly campy adventures.
