In present-day Kerala, Dr. Mahesh Narayan and his family relocate from Melbourne. An old man visits Mahesh at the hospital, asking him to find his missing son, but Mahesh dismisses him as mentally ill and directs him to a psychiatrist. This encounter kickstarts Mahesh's involvement in a wider, surreal mystery.

The Narayan family goes on a one-day trip to Marayur. Near a tea shop, Mahesh experiences deja vu as Thanmayi accidentally locks the car trunk with the key inside. The family is invited to stay at the tea shop owner’s house, and that night Mahesh finds himself in Amir and Angel’s dream, during which he is struck by a truck. The next morning, his wife and the tea shop owner discover him lying unconscious outside.

Shwetha and the tea shop owner find Mahesh unconscious the following morning near the tea shop. They worry it was a panic attack or something more serious after the strange nocturnal episode. Meanwhile, Mahesh’s mind is haunted by the dream encounter with Amir and Angel.

In the hospital, Mahesh consults Dr. Shabnam and Dr. Jain Joseph about the incident. Jain reveals that the truck that hit him was scrapped 15 years ago, implying his encounter was connected to something beyond ordinary memory. On Jain’s suggestion, Mahesh is told to meet John Master for a fuller explanation of his experiences.

Antony, a contact of Angel’s father, explains that Amir had prophetic hints about future events, but he and his helper Babu cannot identify who was hit by the truck. This reinforces that something larger is at play and heightens the urgency of Mahesh's investigation. Antony’s account motivates Mahesh to pursue the truth further.

John Master explains lucid dreaming and tells Mahesh that he could be an uninvited guest entering a shared dream space between two people. He clarifies the possibility that the events Mahesh experiences could be real within a dream, and sets the stage for finding the two children, Amir and Angel. Mahesh begins to see the logic behind his experiences rather than dismissing them as madness.

Mahesh, guided by John Master, seeks out Kochu Thressia to learn more about Amir and Angel. Thressia provides crucial information that helps Mahesh locate Angel, who is now working as a librarian. The pursuit of the two children becomes the central thread of Mahesh’s quest.

Mahesh finally meets Angel, who is currently a librarian. He shares his strange experiences and explains that he was part of the dream she and Amir inhabited, though Angel remains skeptical that the story is real. Angel’s disbelief creates tension as Mahesh tries to prove the connection.

John Master grows suspicious that Angel is hiding something about the dream signs Amir mentioned. He urges Mahesh to push for direct information from Angel to unlock the truth behind the dream collaboration. The mystery deepens as Angel’s memory and motive come into question.

When Mahesh asks Angel to recall any dream signs, she suddenly finds herself in a remote location within the dream. Mahesh guides her through the dream, and she remembers Amir telling her specific signs. The moment underscores that they are navigating a shared dream space.

The next day, Mahesh recounts the exact words Amir spoke to Angel, reinforcing the link between the two and the past visions. John Master suspects that Angel is still withholding crucial information that could unlock the truth. The tension between what is remembered and what is hidden grows.

Mahesh enters a dream and asks Angel to recreate memories of her old bungalow. In the recreated space, he finds young Angel unconscious and a painting of himself hanging there. He then revisits his first dream where Amir is speaking to Angel, deepening the mystery of their intertwined fates.

In a startling moment inside a dream, Mahesh learns that John Master is actually Amir, one of the dream’s two children. Amir warns that the dream will collapse soon and that they will meet again. The revelation reframes the entire investigation and Mahesh’s purpose within the dream.

Mahesh wakes near the tea shop and experiences a time loop, re-entering the same sequence of events. He reunites with Angel and learns that she injured Amir because someone forced her to act. Following Amir’s guidance, he travels to the location he was told about and discovers Amir’s dead body being carried away.
