Peter, Margaux’s American writer husband, leaves Paris, leaving her to raise two teenage children alone. At work she must discover and sign new rock talent, leading her to the duo Jeremy and Michel. She promotes them, but Jeremy becomes infatuated with the older Margaux, wins over her kids, and neglects Michel. When the children travel to New York with Peter, Margaux confronts her feelings for Jeremy and wonders about the future of the duo and their romance.
