Operation Antha

Kanwar Lal's partners are killed by his lookalike, Inspector Susheel Kumar, 14 years ago. The act sows seeds of vengeance and creates a dangerous identity swap that haunts both men. From that moment, it becomes unclear who is truly Kanwar and who is Susheel, fueling a long-running vendetta.

Commissioner Kulwanth is told his daughter Mandakini is arriving from the US. On arrival, she is quickly disillusioned by the corruption she sees around her and resolves to take a stand against it. Her idealism collides with a political system she vows to challenge.

Kanwar Lal is released from prison after serving a life sentence. He reconnects with Babu, who shelters him and nudges him toward a ruthless path as a means to reform. A middleman introduces him to a web of corrupt politicians to bend the system in his favor.

Master Hirannaiah and a fellow theatre artist stage street plays that expose the politicians' dirty world. Kanwar is sent by the middlemen to kill them, setting the stage for violent retaliation against reform. Mandakini witnesses the attack, helps to hospitalize the artists, and this experience convinces them to join forces.

The group discovers they share the same anti-corruption ideals and decide to work together. Mandakini begins capturing videos and photos of corrupt politicians, arming their movement with concrete evidence. They amplify their message through plays, street reporting, and publications.

Politicians learn of the material they've gathered and move to retrieve it by any means. Kulwanth warns Mandakini to stay away from the criminals, and he recounts Susheel's past to illustrate the danger. The stakes escalate as the resistance gains visibility.

Mandakini devises a plan to bail Susheel out and reveal a dangerous identity swap. She proves that Kanwar, the recently released man, is actually Susheel, and that the real Susheel is Kanwar. Susheel is bailed, while Kanwar is sent back to prison.

After his release, Susheel abducts Mandakini and her friends and takes them to an isolated building. He sells the captured photos and videos of the corrupt politicians to the middlemen for a hefty sum, while beginning to assemble a gang by killing rival goons. He warns Kulwanth not to trace them.

Susheel explains that he is on a mission to eradicate corruption, naming it Operation Antha. He uses media publicity to compel channels and the public to oppose crime. The politicians see an opportunity and secretly secure Kanwar's release to counter him.

The politicians orchestrate Kanwar's release, suggesting an accident befell Susheel. Kanwar resurfaces on a TV channel, publicly identifying the anarchist, which undermines Susheel's narrative and changes the balance of power. Susheel remains determined to push his mission forward.

Susheel learns that Kanwar is behind the crimes, leading to a direct confrontation. In the clash, Susheel kills Kanwar, removing one obstacle in his crusade against corruption. The politicians then grant broader authority to terminate Susheel and his gang.

With Kanwar dead and political machinations shifting, Susheel escapes in a helicopter. He vows to return to cleanse the country again, leaving the immediate crisis in the hands of others while signaling the fight against corruption will resume. The surviving allies must decide how to proceed.
