Once Upon A Christmas

Kristen Claus is Santa's daughter who uses North Pole magic to visit a struggling family and try to shift them from Naughty to Nice. She initially moves under the guise of a nanny, dealing with suspicion from Kyle and Brittany and the father's burnout. As the journey unfolds, she confronts their selfish behaviors and learns that true change comes from within.

Bill Morgan is a widowed single father whose work focus masks his grief and neglect of his children. He is skeptical of Kristin's magical intervention but gradually embraces vulnerability and family over career during the crisis.

Kyle is the skeptical, bratty son who challenges Kristin and resists her interference. Through family pressure and danger during the detour, he learns to value safety, honesty, and parental care.

Brittany is the daughter who starts bratty but eventually shows compassion and a willingness to help the family. Her initial behavior creates friction, but she becomes part of the journey toward unity.

Rudolfa Claus is Kristin's sister who opposes Christmas and uses magic to sabotage the family's journey. She schemes to turn Christmas into a joking holiday and creates obstacles that test Kristen's mission.

Santa Claus oversees the Naughty/Nice dynamic and serves as the mythic force behind Kristin's mission. He embodies the holiday's authority and the expectation that generosity should prevail over cynicism.
