In 1959, disgraced intergalactic agent WA4 is tasked with assassinating President Juscelino Kubitschek on the day Brasília is inaugurated. However, his ship malfunctions and sends him hurtling through time, landing in 2016 in Ceilândia, a suburb of Brasília. Stranded and disoriented, he finds himself on the cusp of Dilma Rousseff’s impeachment, forced to navigate a changed world while still grappling with his original mission.
