The streets of New York demand a resilient officer. Based on alleged true events, the film follows Toshi, a Japanese immigrant in the NYPD, who is sent undercover to infiltrate a gang led by Hawk. An uneasy friendship develops between Toshi and Hawk, while Hawk’s lieutenant Tito remains suspicious. Toshi must bring down the gang without blowing his cover.
