Meera, Famitha, and Andrea, three young women living in Chennai, attend a party where they enjoy themselves. Meanwhile, Adhik Ramajayam and his friends take their injured friend to the hospital after an incident earlier that night. The women are agitated and quickly leave the party, trying to forget their worries.

During her morning exercise, Bharath Subramaniam, a retired lawyer suffering from depression, notices Meera and observes that she appears distressed. This leads Bharath to sense that something troubling is happening in her life, prompting him to keep an eye on her.

Meera files a police complaint against Adhik and his friends, accusing them of causing trouble in her friends' lives. Her complaint sets off a chain of events, leading Adhik to retaliate maliciously against her.

In response, Adhik orchestrates a gang to kidnap Meera, intending to molest her and threaten her to withdraw the complaint. Despite her ordeal, she is eventually dropped at home but is later arrested for prostitution and attempted murder, which are false charges.

Bharath learns of Meera’s kidnapping and fight for justice. He confronts and captures the gang aiding Adhik, then hands the main culprit over to the police. Bharath also decides to resume his legal career to help the women in their case.

Legal proceedings commence with Sathyamoorthy representing Adhik and Bharath representing Meera and her friends. The court hears testimonies and evidence from both sides as the case gains public attention.

Sathyamoorthy claims the women voluntarily met with Adhik and his friends, alleging they were intoxicated and consensual. In response, Meera and her friends insist they were assaulted and attacked after an attempt at sexual violence by Adhik's gang, leading to a heated exchange in court.

Bharath questions Adhik, confronting him with a photo of his sister at a party drinking alcohol to challenge his moral stance. This exposes Adhik’s hypocrisy and causes him to lose composure, ultimately revealing his attempt to rape Meera, shocking everyone in court.

Bharath criticizes societal stereotypes that label women as prostitutes or morally questionable for their independence and lifestyle choices, contrasting this with unchecked male behavior. This highlights the film’s critique of regressive gender stereotypes and societal hypocrisy.

The court concludes with Adhik and his friends being arrested on charges stemming from the assault and attempted rape, bringing a sense of justice. Bharath’s efforts help clear the women’s names, emphasizing themes of gender equality and societal change.
