Rudra Raju Sagar, a middle-class youth from Kurnool, repeatedly fails his degree, causing sadness to his father, who is a teacher. The failure strains the family and highlights the pressure of academic success on a young man who also compares himself to his successful sister. Motivated by his father's longing for a better path, Sagar resolves to take his studies seriously to honor him. He sets a goal to match his father's expectations and to become the person his father believes he can be. The decision marks the start of a new, focused chapter in his life.

To seek guidance, he meets Dharmika, a topper introduced through his sister. At first she avoids him, thinking he is a flirt, but she eventually agrees to mentor him, drawing up a timetable and recommending self‑confidence books. This marks the beginning of a structured, demanding study regimen.

Under Dharmika's guidance, Sagar changes his lifestyle, which many people condemn. He distances himself from his old friends to focus on exams for his father. The shift creates tension at home as his new discipline clashes with the previous social circle.

Dharmika introduces Anand Ram Shankar, a famous motivator, hoping to boost his confidence. After some comical misunderstandings, Sagar realises that the motivational sessions feel fake and staged. The encounter shakes his trust in quick-fix solutions.

Dharmika loves Sagar and proposes to him, but Sagar refuses because he feels like a failure. He worries that a relationship cannot fix his life’s pressures or secure his future. Her affection, however, plants a new possibility in his mind.

Days later, Sagar unexpectedly meets his father at a pickup point and explains that he is happier living this way.
