After a prominent Belgrade doctor is found dead, investigators uncover his secret life—performing illegal abortions and abusing his wife. The wife's lover emerges as the chief suspect, but a newspaper reporter launches his own probe. Presented in a quasi‑documentary style, the film also captures Belgrade’s alternative cultural scene of the late 1960s.
