This film explores the disturbing life of Joel Rifkin, a young man struggling with inner turmoil and a desire for control. His complex relationship with prostitutes and escalating fantasies culminated in a series of shocking murders across New York in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The story recounts the details of his crimes, which resulted in seventeen victims and cemented his place as one of the area’s most infamous serial killers.
