Magoo opens his mail and sees a flyer advertising an “83rd Anniversary Sale”. Mistaking it for a letter from his mother about her 83rd birthday, he worries he hasn’t spent enough time with her. He rushes to visit, but Mother Magoo is bewildered by his well‑meaning but absurd attempts—like baking a feather duster as a turkey dinner. She gently uses psychology to convince him to return home, promising to reconnect next year.
