Magoo heads for a beach day but ends up in a barren desert. Convinced he’s at the shore, he tries fishing, catching a turtle he thinks is a crab, and swims in the sand. A wanderer and his horse spot his picnic, eat the food, then thank Magoo with a gold nugget they found. Mistaking the nugget for a seashell, Magoo adds it to Waldo’s collection.
