Two mischievous brothers, Max and Moritz, roam Hamburg committing petty crimes. After a reckless car theft ends with a senator’s daughter in the passenger seat, they’re sentenced to a militaristic boot camp run by former East‑German soldiers Axel and Henry, secretly gay communists. Undeterred, the duo hijacks a red Ferrari belonging to the local pimp Murder‑Hanne, endure a brutal lesson from the sadist, and later seize the camp’s weapons depot key, setting the stage for a chaotic showdown.
