It follows Syl and Maddie, a lesbian couple who produce extreme fetish and dark‑specialty movies. With the help of their sociopathic associate known as The Cowboy, they audition a stream of aspiring talent for roles in their best‑selling, stomach‑turning series “MASKHEAD,” which features a massive man in a bizarre mask who tortures and kills his on‑camera “co‑stars.”
