Mr. Magoo, fed up with what he thinks is endless rain (in reality a sprinkler), decides to drive west in search of sunny California. Though he never actually leaves town, his imagined trek carries him through city parks, water fountains and even a car wash. Convinced he’s finally arrived, he crashes into a billboard advertising Florida.
