In the far‑future setting of the year 2000, two alien men from Mars spark panic on the neon‑lit streets of Manila. A squad of high‑tech police officers, complete with headsets, pursue Drago the drug baron (a cameo by Melvin Wong). Meanwhile, a flamboyant gay resident living with AIDS attempts suicide. These three storylines intersect, delivering a chaotic burst of comedy.
