Madam

The film opens with Prasad, a voice-over artist, recounting a love triangle. Bobby, a wealthy tycoon, loves Kalpana but sees her heart drawn toward Prasad. To secure an alliance, they approach Kalpana's strict brother, Major Chandrakanth, and arrange the marriage.

Bobby rushes to inform his grandmother Sarada Devi, who raised him and longs to see the bride before she dies. She lies on her deathbed and wants to meet the bride as her final wish. Prasad learns of this from Bobby and feels the urgency to arrange the meeting.

Prasad realizes the urgency of Sarada Devi's wish and moves toward Kalpana. He quickly retreats to avoid angering Major Chandrakanth, attempting to soothe the looming obstacle.

Frustrated by failed schemes, Prasad disguises himself as Sarojini, a woman, to approach Sarada Devi. To his surprise, Sarada Devi recovers enough to see through the ruse, and Prasad finds himself tangled in the deception.

Sarada Devi dedicates her life to women's empowerment by founding a college for women. She appoints Sarojini as a lecturer, who accompanies Soundarya as a lodger.

Prasad, having a past connection with Soundarya, maintains two identities and woos her by posing as Mr. Moneybag. He uses his charm while concealing his other disguises.

While hiding from Kalpana, Prasad re-disguises as Mandakini, a modern girl. Rayudu, an age-bound bachelor and photographer, becomes infatuated and follows him. Rayudu even steals Prasad's real attire photo, forcing him to adopt a third outfit.

Soundarya intervenes when her vagabond brother-in-law forces out her sister over a dowry dispute. She supports Prasad's plans and opposes the abuse, nudging him toward reform.

Inspired by Soundarya's example, Prasad sheds his playful disguises and transforms into a social reformer nicknamed Madam. He uses the Madam persona to confront abuse and champion women's rights.

Rayudu's aide exploits Prasad's secrets to blackmail him and extort donations in Madam's name. Prasad redirects the funds to the right causes, balancing his image with real intent.

Prasad's tangled engagements with Soundarya, Kalpana, Sarojini, and the Madam persona trigger a security alert and a comedy of errors. He even schemes to eliminate the Madam character with Bobby to clear the trouble.

Soundarya overhears or misconstrues a situation and informs Sarada Devi when Prasad reappears as Madam and reveals the truth. Sarada Devi chooses to keep the truth secret to protect Sarojini's legacy and her goals.

The film ends on a comic note, with the public tribute to Madam as Sarojini's death is declared. The crowd applauds the reformer's legacy while the truth about Sarojini remains sealed.
