Notorious thief Lupin III plots to steal the lost Romanov treasure—vast gold hidden in a secret Texas bank vault. To claim it, he and his crew must confront the Mafia and Rasputon, a telepathic descendant of the mad monk Rasputin, who manipulates world leaders to block Lupin’s path. With the aid of a mysterious blonde, Judy Scott, Lupin repeatedly outwits Inspector Zenigata in a high‑stakes, globe‑spanning pursuit.
