In 1960s London, Chris Stamp and Kit Lambert, two men from different backgrounds, found themselves drawn together by a shared passion for music. Their unlikely partnership led to the discovery of a promising band, initially known as the High Numbers, who would later become the iconic group, the Who. Abandoning their original ambitions in filmmaking, Stamp and Lambert took on the roles of mentors and managers, guiding the band and fostering their raw, energetic sound that would profoundly impact the music scene.
