Dulquer Salmaan plays Siddharth, a young IT professional whose polished exterior masks a talent for high-stakes schemes. His partner in crime is Rakshan as Kallis, and together they cultivate a lifestyle that looks affluent on the surface but rests on a string of online shopping cons. Their girlfriends are Ritu Varma as Meera, a beautician, and Niranjani Ahathian as Shreya, a chef. The quartet operates as a tight, if somewhat reckless, unit: they buy genuine laptops under false identities, swap in fake internal parts, return them for refunds, and then sell the real components to pad their pockets.

Everything changes when a laptop rigged with counterfeit parts ends up with Deputy Commissioner of Police, Prathap Chakravarthi, portrayed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, who tracks the purchases and narrows his investigation directly onto Siddharth and Kallis. Sensing the net closing, the two men try to pivot away from computers and pivot toward car theft, hoping a different crime will slow the police’s pursuit.

A separate twist of fate comes when a thief steals Meera’s bag, leaving her money missing and prompting a confession of loss to Siddharth. Moved by guilt, he resolves to reform their ways and, with Kallis, they pack up everything and relocate to Goa with their girlfriends to start anew—planning a restaurant and a beauty parlor as a legitimate venture.

In Goa, Chakravarthi arrives with police in tow, surrounding their home and delivering a tense standoff. The men initially fear they are the police’s target, but Chakravarthi clarifies that his focus is on the two women who fled just before he arrived. Siddharth and Kallis realize Meera and Shreya are not who they claimed to be either; the women have forged new identities and are plotting a fresh scam from Delhi.

After a tense cat-and-mouse chase, the four discover Meera and Shreya’s ruse and compel them to return the money, proposing a new, high-stakes collaboration instead: steal ₹80,000,000 (US$950,000) from Sooraj Mehta, a wealthy businessman. If the women share a genuine bond with the men, they stay together; if not, they part ways with the loot. The women reveal their new identities as Madhu and Varsha.

Madhu adopts a further disguise (Ishita) to befriend Mehta, attending his yoga class, while Varsha strikes up a relationship with Mehta’s wife. Concurrently, Siddharth and Kallis manage a daring break-in at the couple’s home, hijack Mehta’s car by hacking it with an app Siddharth built, and use a 3D-printed thumbprint to unlock a locker and seize the money. Madhu feigns illness to slip out, and to avoid airport scrutiny, the team chooses to drive to Thailand instead of flying.

Back in Chennai, Chakravarthi is questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation for going to extraordinary lengths to hunt down two small-time cheaters. He offers a quiet confession that he once fell prey to Madhu’s guile, a memory that explains why he pursues this case with such personal persistence. The young pair’s road trip toward Thailand unfolds with glimpses of their evolving dynamics, hinting that the four may not be completely honest with one another, even as they press on toward a new chapter on the run.
