The heroes of Kamen Rider Saber and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger find themselves unexpectedly swapped between their respective worlds. Touma, Yuri, and Mei are transported to the Zenkaiger universe, while four Zenkaigers, excluding Juran, arrive in Saber's world. A mysterious man orchestrates this disruption with the goal of eliminating all heroes. A teenage manga artist plays a surprising role in the events, and the two groups find themselves pulled into narratives featuring past Kamen Rider and Super Sentai teams.
