The story focuses on Hiiro Kagami (Kamen Rider Brave) and Taiga Hanaya (Kamen Rider Snipe) as a forgotten figure resurfaces, threatening their world. Saki reappears, causing concern for Hiiro, but her return is orchestrated by the manipulative Lovelica, who now controls her. Adding to the mystery, Luke Kidman, an American with an interest in Nico, arrives at Taiga’s hospital, exhibiting signs of Lovelica’s Game Disease—a consequence of Lovelica’s revival after being defeated by Cronus. With their destinies in jeopardy and God Kuroto Dan plotting in the shadows, the heroes face their most challenging game yet.
