Following a devastating civil war, the governors of Touto, Hokuto, and Seito attempt to reunify Japan. However, these leaders are secretly members of the extraterrestrial Blood Tribe, related to Evolto, and intend to destroy Earth as they have done to other planets. Recognizing Sento Kiryū, the Kamen Rider Build, as a significant obstacle, the Blood Tribe orchestrates attacks on him, manipulating his friends and allies. Now facing betrayal from even Ryūga Banjō, Kamen Rider Cross-Z, Sento must fight to protect his world and thwart the Blood Tribe’s destructive scheme.
