Originally released as simply Kamen Rider Black, the film opens with children across Tokyo vanishing without explanation. Kotaro suspects the terrorist organization Gorm’s involvement and tails a dubious tour bus carrying kids, only to lose its trail when it plunges off a cliff. With a local fisherman’s aid, he reaches a secluded island, transforms into Kamen Rider Black and battles Gorm’s forces to rescue the missing children and thwart their latest diabolical plot.
