Tachibana Tōbei takes children to a Kamen Rider roadshow. As he recalls the first seven Riders—Ichigō, Nigō, V3, Riderman, X, Amazon, Stronger and Tackle—they appear in disguise, unnoticed. When the on‑stage kaijin turn out to be real, the Riders transform, protect the crowd and actors, and defeat General Darkness of Delzer in his hidden base.
