The story takes place in and around a rubber plantation estate in Kanjirappally, Kerala. This rural, lush setting with dense forest provides a claustrophobic backdrop for the brothers' cat-and-mouse battle against both authorities and Johan's gang.

Chikku Pandi is a studious young man who longs for a peaceful life, ideally pursuing a medical career. After his father's murder, he is pulled into his brothers' revenge plan and transforms from a fearful youth into someone capable of confronting danger to protect his family.

Johan Azra is the movie's psychopathic antagonist who taunts his father and embodies ruthless violence. He is the target of the brothers' revenge for killing their father, and his actions drive much of the film's conflict.

Gabriel is a Tamil lorry driver transporting coffins who becomes unexpectedly entangled with the brothers. He helps them at a critical moment during the chase, operating in a precarious, morally gray world.
