Sid is napping at home in London when he receives a call from someone claiming they are about to commit suicide and asks him to intervene. Two more similar calls follow that night, prompting Sid to believe they are pranks. He ignores the calls initially, not realizing the seriousness of the situation.

The next morning, Sid visits his friend Omar and discusses the mysterious calls. They meet Suhana Malik from NGO Dost India, who explains that the calls came from suicidal individuals in London, mistakenly linked to Sid's number via NGO advertisements. Suhana invites Sid to join Dost India to help save lives.

Feeling responsible, Sid joins Dost India to answer calls and support suicidal individuals. As he handles more calls, he successfully saves several lives, gaining a sense of purpose. Omar expresses pride in Sid’s new role, reinforcing the positive impact he is making.

Sid receives an anonymous call from a girl on the verge of taking sleeping pills. He persuades her to stay on the line, and they talk for nearly 16 hours, during which the girl falls asleep and later reconnects. This intense conversation deeply affects Sid, prompting concern for her well-being.
