Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI

Tommy Jarvis, who killed the infamous serial killer Jason Voorhees when he was just 12, finds himself tormented by his memories. After years in a mental institution due to the trauma, he is determined to rid himself of his demons once and for all.

Tommy makes a bold escape from the mental hospital, accompanied by his friend Hawes. Their plan is to cremate Jason's body, believing that it will free Tommy from his haunting memories of the killer.

In the cemetery, Tommy and Hawes succeed in exhuming Jason's casket. However, in a fit of rage, Tommy stabs the body with a steel fence post, inadvertently resurrecting Jason during a lightning storm.

Reawakened by lightning, Jason kills Hawes with a single lethal blow. Tommy, horrified, realizes the true horror of what he's done and flees the scene as Jason begins his rampage.

Tommy heads back to the town of Crystal Lake, now known as Forest Green, to warn the authorities of Jason's return. He meets resistance from Sheriff Mike Garris, who dismisses Tommy's warnings as the ramblings of a disturbed man.

While en route to the lake, Jason targets Lizabeth and Darren, camp supervisors preparing for the reopening of the summer camp. He kills them both, leaving their bodies hidden in the woods and marking the beginning of his murderous spree.

The next morning, Megan and her fellow counselors arrive to check on the supervisors. They soon realize Lizabeth and Darren are missing, and when Tommy shows concern about their disappearance, only Megan believes him.

Sheriff Garris, suspecting Tommy's involvement, has him detained. Tommy frantically attempts to convince Garris to investigate Jason's grave, but the sheriff remains skeptical and believes Tommy's claims are a delusion.

Meanwhile, Jason comes across a group of business people engaged in a paintball game. One by one, he brutally murders them, showcasing his relentless nature as he collects supplies for his next onslaught.

Jason continues his rampage, killing the grave digger and a couple out for a picnic. His violent path leads him closer to the summer camp, where more lives hang in the balance.

Tommy manages to contact Megan, devising a plan to defeat Jason based on folklore. After realizing they cannot capture him, they venture back to the camp only to face more roadblocks from the sheriff's deputies.

With Tommy detained, Jason invades the summer camp and brutally murders Counselor Paula and Sissy. As the horror unfolds, the children are fortunately spared from his wrath.

Megan and Tommy finally escape the police station and rush to the lake. In an epic confrontation, they realize they must confront Jason directly, leading to a dangerous showdown.

Tommy lures Jason into the lake, where a tumultuous underwater struggle ensues. With the aid of Megan, they finally incapacitate Jason using a motorboat propeller, ending his reign of terror.

As they pull Tommy back to the surface, the children celebrate their survival. However, beneath the lake, Jason is left chained to a boulder, still alive but powerless to escape, hinting that the nightmare may not be over.
