Cartier, a Paris‑born employee of a major English‑Canadian insurer in Quebec City, receives a promotion in Vancouver. He moves his high‑spirited Quebec wife and two children, embarking on a cross‑Canada trailer‑van road trip. With little English and many cultural clashes, the wacky journey makes him question if the new job is worth the upheaval.
