Tourists visit a remote Italian island to explore its famed botanical gardens, only to find the lone residents are the reclusive botanist Baron von Weser and his two loyal servants. After a guide’s car strikes a servant, von Weser claims a rare incurable disease caused the death. That night the guide and guest Cora Robinson are discovered brutally murdered, their blood drained, hinting at a horrifying secret hidden within the island’s mysterious “Vampire Tree.”
