Invisible Invaders

Dr. Karol Noymann is killed when a laboratory explosion strikes his facility. The blast shatters the lab and leaves the scene in ruins, shocking his colleagues and temporarily derailing the project.

Disturbed by the accident, Dr. Adam Penner resigns from his position and calls for significant changes in safety and policy. His departure signals growing concern over how research is conducted in his field.

At Noymann's funeral, an invisible alien takes over the dead scientist's body. The alien communicates through him, warning that Earth must surrender or face invasion, and it demonstrates its invisibility to convince Penner of its power.

Penner shares the warning with his daughter Phyllis and Dr. Lamont, asking Lamont to relay the message to Washington. The government ignores the warning, and the media begin labeling Penner as a crank.

At Noymann's gravesite, the invisible alien returns, confirming the threat and continuing to exert influence through the dead.

At a plane crash site, another alien takes over the dead pilot's body and travels to a hockey game, where it chokes the announcer and issues an ultimatum for Earth to surrender.

A second alien inhabits a dead car crash victim and issues the same surrender ultimatum at a different sporting event, signaling a coordinated invasion.

The media broadcast warnings as governments decide to resist the invasion. Aliens seize more dead bodies and unleash chaos by blowing dams, starting fires, and destroying buildings around the world.

Major Bruce Jay arrives to escort Dr. Penner, Phyllis, and Dr. Lamont to a secret bunker. Along the way, they encounter a frightened farmer who is killed by the Major, after which an alien occupies the farmer's body.

Inside the bunker, they attempt to capture an alien for testing, trying to seal it with acrylic spray but the method fails. They eventually trap another alien in a hole lined with acrylic and bring it back to the bunker.

The captured alien is confined in a pressure chamber, and the acrylic is cracked by high air pressure. The alien offers to spare their lives if released, but Major Jay refuses to surrender.

They conduct several experiments to neutralize the alien, but nothing works. Frustrated, Dr. Lamont contemplates surrender while Major Jay remains steadfast and leads the resistance.

A struggle damages electronic equipment, triggering a loud alarm. The team observes the alien reacting violently to the noise, revealing a potential weakness to exploit.

They build a sound-based weapon and test it on the alien, causing it to become visible and die. The aliens jam radio communications, but a radio direction finder helps them track the alien ship and eliminate several aliens on the way.

Jay travels through the woods to reach the alien ship and destroys it with the sound gun, ending the invasion. After the ship is destroyed, Penner uses the recovered signal to contact the government with a plan to stop any remaining aliens. Later, at the United Nations in New York, Penner, Lamont, Phyllis, and Major Jay are publicly thanked for saving the world.
